BRITISH RACING GREEN OVERDRIVE CHROME BUMPER MGB

This is as good as it gets-British Racing Green,OVERDRIVE,Chrome Wheels,chrome bumpers,Upgraded exhaust as well as an example that has not been rusted or wrecked then repaired.This MGB is an oxymoron,everything works from the overdrive unit,lights,gauges,to the heater motor.One could drive this car with confidence.The undercarriage is not that pretty but rock solid!.The paint reflects prettier in the pictures then in actual person.The car is indeed very pretty and exceptionally straight but paint is older and has patina of a few chips around on it.The car is a very high integrity driver with razor straight body panels and gaps.The pinch wields in the wheel well openings and rocker panels are all still visible,not covered in bondo and filler.
I have bought and sold these great little cars through college in the 70s and a subsequent 40 year career,this is a real feel good car in its cosmetics as well as the tight run and drive with a great exhaust note to enhance the experience.The clutch and brakes operate exactly as designed.The transmission is quiet with good synchros and working overdrive.
