This extremely straight and handsome 912E hails from San Diego, rust-free land. The car is extremely straight with no signs of rust or rust history as well as no signs of accident history. The body panels are razor straight with factory-perfect panel gaps.
The interior is straight, clean, and crisp. There is no warping of the dash and no cracks. Carpets are good as well as headliner. Gauges are clean and crisp. This is a rare example with air conditioning.
The original Fuchs wheels are in good condition, tires are deep in tread.
The paint is in excellent condition, void of chips and dings.
The rust-free body tub is wonderful but the run and drive eclipse the cosmetics. This example is sewing machine smooth with tight shifts, no smoke from the engine(engine starts easily with a perfect purr when running). The engine has had a rebuild. There is no question this car has been well tended to, everything works and performs as it was designed. The car was purchased from a Porsche enthusiast with multiple Porsches and a Porsche Club member.
