1964 Porsche 356 SC Coupe

 The year is 1964 a US NAVAL OFFICER is stationed in Germany and falls in love with the Porsche 356.He buys a European example in silver,drives it until his tour is over and ships it stateside.The car has the European heating system,outside temperature gauge and working clock.The Naval officer loves and cares for his car,keeps all of his service records,stores the car inside and in later years a plastic cocoon.The result of this love and care is what you see pictured,the run and drive is something you will need to experience,tight,solid,and quick.The car still has its original radio,engine,transmission.The gauges look as if it is still 1964.The body panels fit well with good body gaps,seams are clean and not covered in bondo.The car underwent a complete restoration by Jim Kelloggs 356RESTORE in the early 90s with work orders and documenting photographs.Photographs reveal an original car down to raw metal with very minimum rust,paint was changed from silver to white. The paint has the patina of an older respray but is still in good condition sporting only a couple imperfections.The interior was done by Auto Weave in Denver Colorado,seats are a nice,soft leather.The engine number is P820977,the paint code is 6206.I have the original manuals delivered with the car,engine and vin number correspond with engine number in the car.If you have been looking for a nice 356SC car with high integrity,contact me at 615-971-4409.There will be an additional $298.50 assessed to each sales transaction for dealer doc fees.This and other European Collectbles can be viewed at JP FRAZIER.com
